Words to live by: “practice what you preach”. I am sick and tired of people preaching tolerance, acceptance, patience, when they have no right to stand in a realm with any of those words. You are the antithesis of tolerance. You are the antithesis of acceptance. You are the antithesis of patience. Life is too short not to dedicate yourself to loving yourself and your fellow man, however, it is also too short to have that love of mankind soul-sucked from you out of every orifice. Tis a fine line to walk…to be sure. You want to put love out in this atmosphere, but you don’t want it to be taken abusively, and at an extensive rate. Unfortunately, there are people out there that do this, oh, and believe you me, they do this well. The time for change is upon me, you become an advocate against such notions. As people often do when they experience duress…duress in the form of spiritual degradation. A few souls have been torn down this week, and I will not stand for such things.

Give yourself a facial for acne:

Wash your face. Dry it.
Exfoliate with a glycolic-based face wash, massage in circular motions.
Do not rinse, apply a gentle scrub in circular motions. Do this gently!
Rinse. Dry.
Add a generous layer of your favorite enzymes. Leave on for 20 minutes.
Wash off with your favorite purifying acne wash. Pat dry.
Apply a thick layer of your favorite clay mask. Let dry, if you have time.
Rinse. Follow with your favorite oil. I use a purifying oil because I’m super acne prone.

Do this weekly for acne free skin! But remember, don’t scrub your face too hard.
